Biographies

Mark Kolodziejczak

Mark Kolodziejczak earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Cooper Union and his master’s in architecture from the Cranbrook Academy of Art. His graduate work was published in Diadolos Architecture Magazine. Prior to co-founding Studio Tractor, he worked with the Cranbrook Architecture Office and as a project architect at Gabellini Associates on several residential, retail and commercial projects in the U.S. and abroad. Kolodziejczak is a licensed architect in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

Michael Tower

Michael Tower earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Cooper Union and his master’s in architecture from Yale University. At Yale, he was awarded the Carroll L. Meeks scholarship and, to continue his research after graduation, a grant from the Graham Foundation. Prior to co-founding Studio Tractor, he served as a project architect on several residential, commercial and institutional projects at firms such as Hariri & Hariri and Deamer + Phillips. He also has taught architecture at the Pratt Institute and Parson The New School for Design. Tower is a licensed architect in the state of New York.
